1.0 DELIVERY TIMES
Upon receipt of your order, we forward it to the SAQ within 1-3 business days. The SAQ then takes about 12-14 business days to prepare your order and contact you for pickup at your requested SAQ location.
Any estimated delivery time is just an estimate. It is possible that the ordered product may be out of stock at the SAQ warehouses. In such a case, the agency fees will be refunded.
2.0 DEFECTIVE BOTTLE
If a bottle is corked or defective, you must return the product to the SAQ to get a refund for the bottle upon presentation of your invoice.
3.0 SERVICE FEES AND PAYMENT
Agency fees are included in the displayed prices. These fees, like all indicated prices, do not include taxes. Agency fees are charged at the time of the order. The remaining balance of the order is payable at the SAQ when picking up the order.

By placing an order through JUJU IMPORT INC, you formally affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you have the legal right to purchase alcoholic beverages in Quebec, Canada. You explicitly agree to comply with all local laws and regulations regarding the purchase and consumption of alcohol and assume all responsibility and liability related to your order.
